Pinning your best reviews

Highlight your most impactful reviews by pinning them to the top of your review list so shoppers see them first.

1What pinning does

Pinned reviews always appear at the top of your widget, regardless of the default sort order (newest, highest rated, etc.). You can pin up to 3 reviews per product on the Free plan and unlimited on Professional.

2How to pin a review

In Reviews → All Reviews:

  1. 1Find the review you want to pin.
  2. 2Click the pin icon (📌) on the review card, or open the review and click 'Pin to top'.
  3. 3The review will immediately jump to the top of the widget on your storefront.

Pin reviews that mention specific product benefits, include photos, or address a common objection. These drive the most conversions.

3Unpinning a review

Click the pin icon again on any pinned review to unpin it. It will return to its natural position in the sort order.
