Bulk importing reviews from AliExpress

1Plan requirements

The AliExpress importer is available on both the Free and Professional plans. Free plan imports are capped at 100 reviews per month. Professional plan imports are unlimited.

2Finding the AliExpress product URL

To import reviews, you need the AliExpress listing URL for the product equivalent to your Shopify product. Open AliExpress, search for the product, open the listing, and copy the URL from your browser address bar.

3Running the import

In your Reviewifyd dashboard:

1. 1Go to Reviews → Import → AliExpress Importer.
2. 2Select the Shopify product you want to import reviews into from the dropdown.
3. 3Paste the AliExpress listing URL into the URL field.
4. 4Use the filters to import reviews with photos only, minimum star rating, or specific language.
5. 5Click 'Preview Import' to see a sample of what will be imported.
6. 6Click 'Start Import'. Large imports (500+ reviews) may take up to 2 minutes.

4After the import

Imported reviews go into the Moderation Queue by default. Review and approve them before they appear on your storefront. You can edit reviewer names, dates, and content to make them more relevant to your market.
