Please read these terms carefully before using Reviewifyd. They govern your access to and use of our service.
By installing, accessing, or using the Reviewifyd application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Reviewifyd is a Shopify application that allows e-commerce merchants ("Merchants") to collect, manage, and display customer reviews on their Shopify stores. Features include automated review request emails, photo and video review collection, customizable display widgets, and review import tools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
To use Reviewifyd you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have a valid Shopify store; (c) provide accurate and complete account information; and (d) agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@reviewifyd.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Reviewifyd offers a free Starter plan and a paid Professional plan. Plan features and limits are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Shopify to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
We may offer a free trial for the Professional plan. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first charge if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests must be submitted to support@reviewifyd.com. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, and your continued use of the Service after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use requirements.
Reviewifyd and all its content, features, and functionality — including the software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Reviewifyd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all review data and other content collected through your store ('Your Content'). By using the Service, you grant Reviewifyd a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate that feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
As a Merchant, you are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of customer review data complies with all applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable, and that your store's own privacy policy accurately reflects how you use Reviewifyd.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or data available through the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVIEWIFYD AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reviewifyd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; (c) Your Content; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling the Reviewifyd app from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Indemnification).
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reviewifyd is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reviewifyd regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
