Facebook Shops product ratings
Display star ratings on your Facebook and Instagram Shop product pages by syncing your Reviewifyd reviews.
1Prerequisites
You need: a Facebook Business Manager account, a Facebook Shop connected to your Shopify store (via the Facebook & Instagram app), and a Reviewifyd Professional subscription.
2Enabling the integration
In Reviewifyd go to Integrations → Facebook Shops:
- 1Click 'Connect Facebook'.
- 2Authorize Reviewifyd to access your Facebook Business account.
- 3Select the Catalog and Shop you want to sync reviews to.
- 4Click 'Enable sync'.
Product matching is done by GTIN (barcode) or product title. Make sure your Shopify products have GTINs set for the most accurate matching.
3Review sync frequency
Reviewifyd syncs new reviews to Facebook every 24 hours. Existing approved reviews are synced in the initial sync which may take up to 48 hours to complete.
Facebook has its own review moderation layer. Some reviews may not appear on Facebook even if approved in Reviewifyd, particularly if they contain links or flagged content.
