Google Shopping integration

1Plan requirements

The Google Shopping integration requires the Professional plan. You also need an approved Google Merchant Center account with Product Reviews enabled.

2How it works

Reviewifyd generates a Product Reviews Feed (XML) that meets Google's specifications. You submit this feed URL in Google Merchant Center. Google crawls it and associates star ratings with your products in Search and Shopping.

💡

It can take 2–6 weeks after your first feed submission for star ratings to appear on your Google Shopping listings.

3Setting up the integration

  1. 1In Reviewifyd go to Integrations → Google Shopping.
  2. 2Click 'Enable integration'. Reviewifyd will generate your unique feed URL.
  3. 3Copy the feed URL.
  4. 4In Google Merchant Center go to Products → Feeds → + and select 'Product reviews' as the feed type.
  5. 5Paste your Reviewifyd feed URL as the 'Scheduled fetch' URL.
  6. 6Set the fetch frequency to 'Weekly'.
  7. 7Click 'Save'. Google will process the feed within 24–72 hours.

4Minimum review requirements

Google requires at least 50 unique reviews across your store before star ratings appear. Focus on collecting reviews on your top products first to reach this threshold faster.
