Configure your store currency, timezone, sender name, and branding so Reviewifyd feels native to your brand.

1Accessing store settings

In the Reviewifyd dashboard, click your store name in the top-left corner, then select 'Store Settings'. You can also navigate directly via Settings → General.

2Key settings to configure

Review and fill in each of these fields:

  1. 1Store name — used in the subject line of all review request emails (e.g. 'Leave a review for Acme Store').
  2. 2Sender name — the 'From' name customers see in their inbox.
  3. 3Reply-to email — where customers' replies are forwarded.
  4. 4Timezone — used to schedule emails at the right local time.
  5. 5Currency — displayed next to verified purchase badge amounts.

3Brand colors

Under Settings → Branding, upload your logo (PNG or SVG, max 1 MB) and set your primary brand color. These are applied to all review request emails and the review submission form customers see.

💡

Use a hex color that contrasts well against white — it will appear as button and link color in emails.
