Understanding your monthly usage
Track how many reviews you've collected, emails sent, and imports used against your plan limits.

1Viewing your usage dashboard
Go to Settings → Billing → Usage. A visual breakdown shows your current month's usage vs. plan limits for reviews collected, emails sent, and imports used.
2What counts toward the review limit
The following count toward your monthly review limit:
- 1Reviews submitted via the review request email link.
- 2Reviews submitted directly through the review widget on your storefront.
- 3Reviews imported via the AliExpress importer.
💡
Rejected reviews do not count toward your limit. If you approve a review and then delete it, it is not refunded to your limit.
3What happens when you hit the limit
On the Free plan, reviews submitted after reaching 100 for the month are placed in a 'Pending overflow' queue. They are published automatically when your limit resets on the 1st of the next month — or immediately if you upgrade to Professional.
