How to upgrade or downgrade
Switch between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle.
1Upgrading to Professional
In your Reviewifyd dashboard:
- 1Click 'Upgrade' in the top navigation bar, or go to Settings → Billing.
- 2Choose Monthly or Yearly billing.
- 3Review the plan summary and click 'Upgrade now'.
- 4You will be redirected to the Shopify billing confirmation page.
- 5Click 'Approve' to confirm charges through Shopify.
- 6Your account is upgraded instantly.
Yearly billing saves you $19.89 compared to paying monthly. The saving is applied immediately as a discounted price.
2Downgrading to Free
In Settings → Billing, click 'Downgrade to Free plan'. Your Professional features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, usage caps and feature restrictions apply.
When downgrading, photo and video reviews are not deleted but will be hidden from your widget until you upgrade again. Pinned reviews beyond the Free plan limit will be unpinned automatically.
3Switching between monthly and yearly
Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan. Select your preferred billing cycle. If switching from monthly to yearly mid-cycle, you receive a prorated credit for unused days.
