1Refund policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the Professional plan — monthly or yearly. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of subscribing, contact us for a full refund.
2How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- 1Email support@reviewifyd.com with the subject line 'Refund Request — [your store name]'.
- 2Include your Shopify store URL and the date you subscribed.
- 3Briefly describe why you are requesting a refund (optional but helpful for us).
- 4We will process the refund within 3–5 business days.
💡
Refunds are processed through Shopify Billing and returned to the original payment method.
3Outside the refund window
If your 7-day guarantee has passed, refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. Contact support and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
⚠️
Partial refunds for unused time on a yearly subscription are not available after the 7-day guarantee period.
