Adding your logo and brand colors to emails

Upload your logo and set your brand palette so every review request email looks like it came from your team.

1Uploading your logo

In Settings → Branding → Email Logo:

  1. 1Click 'Upload logo'. Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, SVG. Max size: 2 MB.
  2. 2Recommended dimensions: 300–600px wide, up to 200px tall.
  3. 3Use a white or transparent background for best contrast against dark email headers.
  4. 4Click 'Save'.
💡

If your logo is dark, upload a white version. Reviewifyd supports separate logos for light and dark theme emails.

2Setting brand colors

In Settings → Branding → Email Colors, you can configure:

  1. 1Primary color — used for the CTA button and star rating highlight.
  2. 2Header background color — the top strip behind your logo.
  3. 3Body background color — behind the main email content (white or very light gray recommended).
  4. 4Footer text color — your address and unsubscribe text.

3Previewing changes

After saving, use 'Send test email' in the Template Editor to see exactly how your branded email looks. Always check on a mobile device — over 50% of review request emails are opened on phones.
